Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations
Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance are not charged and can be rescheduled. Late cancellations and no-shows are billed in full.
Stopping services
You may stop at any time with 7 days' written notice. Unused prepaid sessions are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Studio cancellations
If we cancel a session, it is rescheduled or credited in full.
